Shipping Policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to many customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time - this entails order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the order, which takes an additional 2–4 days. Supplier warehouses are contained in various countries.
- Shipping time - This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Most orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2-4 weeks to arrive at their destination but can occasionally take longer.
Some products might be shipped out separately and arrive at a different time because we source products from warehouses in different locations. This allows us to provide you with the best products at the best price.

Change Requests
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@boxoflots.com and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change it unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.
